Vaccine – should we take it so quickly

The vaccine for Covid 19 is a hot topic. Moreover The Uk government along with many other countries are rushing through the vaccination for the Covid 19 pandemic. The UK has been under 3 lockdowns. In fact, the third lockdown is still in force. Understandibly A lot of people are now keen to get the vaccine and be done with the lockdown.

Vaccine development

The normal process for getting a new vaccine developed would normally take between two and three years. This time they have rushed through the vaccine and have done a lot less testing than they would normally do to get a vaccination pushed through.

Some people are worried that the vaccine will not work effectively, and some will refuse to take it because of social media scares that show people becoming ill or even dying after taking the vaccine.

Alternatives

Are there other alternatives that would be just as effective as having a vaccination for people that do not want to take it? Well, you should first follow the handwashing regime, as this is an effective way to reduce the pickup of any bacteria. Then secondly you should focus on consuming foods and drinks that boost your immune systems. Aloe vera juice and bee propolis supplements are good examples of dietary suppliments that support this. You should also eat a clean diet. This will give your body the opportunity to fight off and prevent viruses to take hold.

Aloe vera juice will remove toxins from your body whilst giving you a boost of vitamin C that supports your immune health.

Potential cure

In Saudi Arabia, a herbal cure has been developed. Their herbal tonic has shown very encouraging results. The tonic is made up of black seed honey and camomile. The tonic should be drunk twice daily until symptoms improve.

Taking the vaccine is still the best-recommended course of action. I do not support people not taking it. I just wanted to discuss some of the alternatives.
